Todd practices in family law (including family violence and care of children proceedings, and relationship property division) and in general court litigation and dispute resolution.

Todd can also assist in employment law issues, sales and purchases of residential property, commercial and contract law issues, and with wills, enduring powers of attorney and succession matters.

Todd joined us as a Law Clerk after completing his Bachelor of Laws Degree at Victoria University of Wellington and his Professional Legal Studies Course in 2023. He was admitted to the bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in early 2024.

Outside of the office, Todd enjoys winding down and spending time with friends and family, reading, watching a good film, and getting out and about.
