After 43 years of practice, one of our directors, Linda Wilkinson, is retiring. She has a special message for our clients:
“After 43 years as a lawyer, it is time for me to seize the day and retire as of the 31st of March 2026.
It has been a privilege to support my clients through the good times and the tougher times, and I have to say how important those client relationships have been to me personally. They have made the job worthwhile. I would therefore like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all my clients for their business and support over the years and to wish them the very best for the future.
After so many years of legal practice, it is a hard decision to entrust my clients to someone else. However, my fellow director Ciaran King is a great replacement for me, and he shares the same set of values regarding client service as well as a similar sense of humour and approach. I feel confident my clients will be in good hands.
As many clients know, senior legal executive Jo Reweti is a powerhouse of information and legal experience. She will still be here when I retire as a key member of the team to support Ciaran and to provide advice to clients about their affairs.
Legal secretary, Samara Poi, assists clients with general inquiries and appointments, as well as taking care of all the important administration matters required to make our teams practice hum. Clients will find Sarama is a good initial point of contact.
We have also recently welcomed lawyer Anne-Sophie Issah to our team. Anne-Sophie has been practising law for over 4 years and has had a wide variety of legal experience. She has a friendly and approachable manner which we know will put our clients at ease.
The team will continue to advise on Trust law, company and commercial law issues, property sales and purchases, subdivisions, Retirement Village purchases, trust administration, Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, estate planning and elder law.
