Anne-Sophie Issah

Anne‑Sophie completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at the University of Otago and also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business, bringing together legal expertise and commercial acumen. Born in Mauritius and raised in New Plymouth, Anne‑Sophie is fluent in both French and English and brings an international perspective alongside strong local roots.
Anne‑Sophie works closely with clients on a wide range of property and commercial matters, supporting them through important life and business decisions. She can assist with buying and selling property and businesses, refinancing, and leasing arrangements. She also enjoys helping clients plan with confidence for the future, offering thoughtful and practical advice on Wills and trusts, occupation rights agreements and reverse mortgages.
Deeply committed to her community, Anne‑Sophie is a Trustee of the Access Radio Taranaki Trust and a Board member of Netball Taranaki and also volunteers her time with the Citizens Advice Bureau and the New Plymouth Catholic Parish. Outside the office, she also enjoys cooking for family and friends and immersing herself in the region’s thriving food and arts scene often exploring the latest exhibition or discovering a new local favourite.
