Todd practices in family law (with a focus on care of children and family violence proceedings), employment law and disputes, and in general court litigation and dispute resolution.

Todd can also assist in property law (with a focus on residential conveyancing), commercial and contract law, and with wills, enduring powers of attorney and succession matters.

Todd first joined us as a Law Clerk after completing his Bachelor of Laws Degree at Victoria University of Wellington and his Professional Legal Studies Course in 2023. He was admitted to the bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court in 2024.

Before joining the team, Todd juggled working as a manager of a busy nightclub in town while studying full-time. As a result, Todd has great experience in dealing with people.  A Taranaki local, Todd attended Francis Douglas Memorial College.

Outside of the office, Todd enjoys winding down and spending time with friends and family, reading, watching a good film, and getting out and about.
